ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THURSDAY 6th AUGUST 2026 at 7.00 pm
In the Meeting Room of the Village Hall.
Members of the public withing the parish of Fleckney are most welcome to attend.
You don’t have to belong to an organisation or group, as everyone is welcome.
Why not come along and find out how the Village Hall is run?
You may wish to be nominated and become A Trustee of Fleckney Village Hall.
We hold monthly meetings, usually on the first Thursday of the month at 7.45 pm.
Raising funds from events that run throughout the year helps us with the day to day running costs of the hall. In addition, identifying and applying for grants towards ongoing maintenance of the property, and larger more expensive refurbishment projects is a very important part of what our trustees do.
We are always looking for people who, like us, are motivated and committed to ensuring that the Hall remains a prominent part of Fleckney Village life and who can join us in bringing their skills to the team.

All nominations forms and Any Other Business notices’ must be returned no later than Friday 24th July 2026, in readiness for the AGM.
