Joining our Trustees...

 We are always looking for people to join us. If you feel you have something to offer in helping us with the running of  the hall and fundraising, please contact our secretary. See details below.

 We are particularly looking for:-

 Trustees. 

 A grants officer.

 Treasurer, preferably with qualifications, and happy to use a computer based system. 

 Assistance with Fundraising events.

 A premises officer. 

 The Grants Officer would be responsible for seeking out and applying for   grants to help with our general  maintenance and  continued   refurbishment plans.

 The Treasurer to manage the accounts and expenditure of the charity,   preferably with qualifications, and happy to use our existing computer   accounting system.

 Fundraising Assistants which can be on a casual basis and does not require you to become an elected trustee.

 It's a great way to get to know people and feel part of the team without the full committment.

 Trustees are required to attend our monthly meetings, typically on the first Thursday of the month at 7.30pm   for a 7.45pm start.

 Applications for joining as an elected trustee must be submitted prior to   our AGM meeting. (Our next AGM for 2025 TBC) Co-opted trustees can   apply at any time, just contact us details are below.
